Account information: Email address provided during signup or waitlist registration.
Usage data: Message counts, model selection, and feature usage for billing and service improvement.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and request logs for security and debugging.

What We Don't Collect

We do not read, store, or log the content of your conversations with your AI assistant.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
We do not use your data for advertising.

How We Use Your Data

To provide and maintain the ClawFast service.
To process payments via Stripe (we never see your full card number).
To send service-related emails (no marketing without consent).
To detect and prevent abuse.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Cloudflare: Infrastructure and hosting.
Stripe: Payment processing.
AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI): Your messages are sent to the AI provider you select. Each provider has their own privacy policy.
PostHog: Product analytics (usage patterns, feature adoption). We do not track conversation content through analytics.

Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Waitlist emails are retained until launch or until you request deletion. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
