These terms govern your use of ClawFast, operated by Very Good Software Company LLC. By using ClawFast, you agree to these terms.

The Service

ClawFast provides managed hosting for OpenClaw, an open-source AI assistant platform. We deploy and maintain your AI assistant instance on Cloudflare's infrastructure.

Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ClawFast.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClawFast to:

Violate any laws or regulations.
Send spam, phishing, or malicious content.
Attempt to access other users' data or instances.
Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting.
Distribute malware or engage in any activity that harms the service or other users.

Billing and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have concerns.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Data Ownership

Your data is yours. We do not claim ownership of your conversations, configurations, or content.
You can export or delete your data at any time.
Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. ClawFast depends on third-party infrastructure (Cloudflare, AI providers) which may experience outages beyond our control. We will communicate any known issues promptly.

AI-Generated Content

ClawFast provides access to AI models that generate content in response to your messages. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it. ClawFast is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

ClawFast is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
